Important Update

Due to a parking lot construction project, the Arizona Talking Book Library building will be closed to walk-in visitors from July 20 – August 14, 2026. We will continue to provide talking books, braille, and library equipment by mail.

During this time, staff may be unavailable to answer calls immediately. Please leave a voicemail message with your full name, phone number with area code, and message and we will return your call within one business day. You may also contact us by email at [email protected]. We look forward to hearing from you!

Resources for Teens
Notice regarding Non-Sufficient Funds (NSF) Fees

These resources contain thousands of online articles and images from popular magazines, scholarly journals, current newspapers and other reference works, and are available to all Arizonans.

Databases for younger learners have been reviewed for age appropriateness; however, because age suitability can vary, parents and guardians are strongly encouraged to review, monitor and supervise their child’s online activity. These resources are supported by the Arizona State Library, Archives and Public Records, a division of the Secretary of State, with federal funds from the Institute of Museum and Library Services, and by the county libraries.
