Archives & Records Management

The State Archives, located in the Polly Rosenbaum State Archives and History building, collects, preserves and makes available to the public and all branches of government, permanent public records, historical manuscripts, photographs and other materials that contribute to the understanding of Arizona history. The Records Management Center administers the management of public records throughout state and local government in Arizona.

The Polly Rosenbaum State Archives and History building's Reading Room is open to resesarchers by appointment. Appointments are available between 8:30 am - Noon and 1:00 pm - 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday. We are closed on all State holidays.
