Talking Book and Braille library services are available at no charge to any school serving eligible students.
- Please review our instructions for school institutional applications and certification of students.
- Every year, you will fill out and submit a new application for educational institutions.
- Students are certified annually by completing a student certification form.
- If your student would like service when school is out of session, you can send us an individual application.
