maintenance notice

Scheduled Maintenance Notice

The azlibrary.gov website will be down for maintenance starting at 5pm, Tuesday, July 22, 2025 to switch to a newer platform.

When the new platform is Live the following day, please do a hard-refresh on your pages to clear cache. You may also clear your browsers cache to refresh sites and pages.

On the new platform, you may experience some broken links and errors stating pages don't exist. Pages still exist, but may be a different URL. Please use the Report Broken Link Webform to record and expidite the request, using the contact form may delay your request.

Peoria Public Library System

  • The Main Library is located on 85th Ave. 4 blocks south of Peoria Ave. and 4 blocks north of Olive Ave. Parking is available in front of the City Council Chambers, and in the parking structure south of the Library at 85th Ave. and Cinnebar.. Handicapped parking is available on the west side of the Library.
  • If you are traveling on Loop 101 (Agua Fria Freeway), exit at Peoria Avenue eastbound. Take Peoria Avenue to 85th Avenue. Go south on 85th Avenue to Monroe Street. Library is on the Southeast corner of 85th Ave and Monroe St.
  • If you are traveling on I-17(Black Canyon Freeway), exit at Peoria Avenue westbound. Take Peoria Avenue to 83rd Avenue. Go south on 83rd Avenue, across Grand Avenue to Monroe Street. Library is on the Southeast corner of 85th Ave and Monroe St.
  • If you are traveling on I-17(Black Canyon Freeway), exit at Peoria Avenue westbound. Take Peoria Avenue to 83rd Avenue. Go south on 83rd Avenue, across Grand Avenue to Monroe Street. Library is on the Southeast corner of 85th Ave and Monroe St.
  • If you are traveling on I-10,(Papago Freeway),
  • exit at 83rd Avenue northbound. Continue northward to Monroe Street, or exit onto Loop 101 (Agua Fria Freeway) and follow the directions above. Library is on the Southeast corner of 85th Ave and Monroe St.
