The Nogales-Rochlin Library is on Grand Ave., our main street, and is four blocks from the Mexico-U.S. border on the right hand side going north. So if you stay on I-19 to the very end and stop at the first stop light (passing the Burger King and McDonald’s) you would make a left at the light, go three blocks (past the Pimeria Alta Historical Society, Subway, and a strip mall featuring Food City) the library is next to a park at the start of the fourth block. It is a terracotta adobe brick building with a very sloped roof next to a park with a gazebo and tall fountain. The parking is a problem sometimes with only 10 parking places. If there isn’t a space, turn around and park next to the park next door.
