Arizona State Library Leadership Institute
The Arizona State Library Leadership Institute teaches participants the essential elements of good leadership. It also provides them the opportunity to engage in deep conversations about leadership, complete personal assessments, and develop a personal plan for leadership development.
The State Library is now accepting applications for the 2025 Leadership Institute. Established in 2014, this program offers Arizona’s library leaders professional development, collaboration opportunities, and discussions on the future of libraries.
The 2025 Institute took place March 30–April 2 in Prescott, AZ, focusing on leadership, communication, and teamwork. Participants engaged in hands-on, interactive sessions facilitated by Andrew Sanderbeck, a leadership and library management expert.
