An equivalent combination of education and job related experience may substitute for the educational requirements on a year-for-year basis.

Create and deliver exceptional programming and educational opportunities within the library, through community outreach, and virtually.
Demonstrate an understanding of early literacy principles as they relate to preschool and Knowing and Growing programming.
Communicate library policies and procedures, request compliance with Library Rules of Conduct, and serve as "In-Charge" person in the evenings, on weekends, and as assigned.

Operate a variety of standard office equipment including a computer, laptop and/or tablet PC, telephone, e-reader, calculator, cash register, credit card machine, bar code reader, copy and fax machines requiring continuous and repetitive arm, hand and eye movement.
