1. Two (2) or more years of in-person customer service experience
2. Skills in writing, speaking, interpersonal, and problem solving as shown in resume and cover letter. (public speaking, verbal instruction, written correspondence)
3. Demonstrated project experience working both independently and on a team.
4. Two (2) or more years of multi-tasking duties in a customer service environment.
5. Two (2) or more years of demonstrated experience using computer skills (email, downloading, file maintenance), Microsoft Office, Internet browsers, and office machinery (copy machine, scanner, printers)
