The Town of Pinetop-Lakeside is looking for an enthusiastic individual to fill the position of Library Clerk, Part-Time.
Pinetop-Lakeside Public Library has been providing library services to the public for nearly 85 years and strives to be the heart of the community. Library Clerks provide excellent customer service in person, via telephone or email. They perform a variety of clerical tasks related to the operation of circulation services and provide basic customer service in using library equipment and computers.
This position is part-time, for 19 hours per week. The salary is $10.50 per hour, with paid sick leave; this position includes no other benefits.
A.High school diploma or GED equivalent; or
B.Currently enrolled high school/home school students will be considered if they are available to work the desired schedule.
- Experience providing customer service and handling cash.
- Computer skills, including working with Microsoft Office.
- Proven ability to multitask in a fast paced environment.
- Ability to communicate in Spanish is highly desirable.
